6. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The Company has established specific rules for the retention of personal data to limit storage to the strictly necessary period. Data from Website visitors, customers, or Boji prospects is retained for the time necessary to manage the commercial relationship and process their requests.

Any data used to establish proof of a right or contract, or retained for compliance with a legal and/or regulatory obligation, may be subject to an archiving policy and be retained for these purposes in accordance with the applicable legal and/or regulatory provisions.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data and, where applicable, the right to data portability. You may request the restriction or object to the processing of your data, or withdraw your consent if applicable.
