The Company is the data controller responsible for personal data processing related to sales made on its website www.bojibojiboji.com, in accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms (referred to as the "Data Protection Act") and the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2017 (referred to as the "GDPR"), collectively referred to as the "Regulation."

The data you enter is necessary for managing orders, executing and monitoring commercial relationships, and internal statistical purposes. 6. DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The Company has established specific rules for the retention of personal data to limit storage to the strictly necessary period. Data from Website visitors, customers, or Boji prospects is retained for the time necessary to manage the commercial relationship and process their requests.
Any data used to establish proof of a right or contract, or retained for compliance with a legal and/or regulatory obligation, may be subject to an archiving policy and be retained for these purposes in accordance with the applicable legal and/or regulatory provisions.
7. YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data and, where applicable, the right to data portability.
