Shipping policy
5. DELIVERY
The Company delivers its Products to France and all countries within the European Union.
The products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the Customer when placing their order. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or P.O. boxes. The delivery times indicated on the website are indicative, representing the average processing and delivery times. To ensure these times are met, the Customer must ensure they have provided accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address (including, but not limited to: street number, building number, staircase, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).
In the event of a delivery delay exceeding 7 working days, if the product has not yet been shipped, the Customer may cancel the order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and request a refund for the order.
If the item has been shipped before receiving the order cancellation due to a delay exceeding 7 working days, the Company will refund the item and the shipping and return costs upon receipt of the item, provided it is complete, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
The Company commits to informing the Customer about the progress of their order.
In the case of damaged parcels (already opened, missing products, etc.), the Customer agrees to notify the carrier and the Company by any means within 3 days of receiving the product.
The Company cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from a delivery delay that is not of its doing.
6. PAYMENT
The full payment must be made at the time of the order. At no time can the amounts paid be considered as deposits or down payments. The Customer pays for their order by credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard), with their PayPal account, or by bank transfer, in accordance with the provisions of this article.
The Company does not accept payment by check. The customer must use one of the other payment methods offered.
For every transaction, the Customer will provide the card number, the expiration date, and the security code on the back of the card (the last three digits).
By providing their credit card number, the Customer authorizes the Company to debit their account for the amount of their order.
No cash-on-delivery shipments will be accepted, for any reason.
The Company retains ownership of the item until full payment is received from the Customer. Purchases are made securely. The payment solutions adopted by the Company are 100% secure. For payments made by credit card (credit card, Visa, and e-credit card), all the information provided by the Customer to the Company is strictly protected and guarantees the safety and security of each transaction.
